Georgia / Tbilisi

On May 2016 I was invited to give some lectures to 12 local Georgian Beekeepers about Bio Dynamic Beekeeping, CCD Colony Collapse Disorder, Urban Beekeeping, about diseases among Bees and how to apply and treat them in Tbilisi/Georgia.

The lectures were given in English, with the assistance of a translator.

Most Beekeepers in Georgia are working with the local Bee species, the Georgian Bee.

The Georgian Bees are darker then the Italian Bees Apis Mellifera  and are very calm and productive.

It was a grate privilege to work with the Georgian people and to teach Georgian Beekeepers.

Disciplinary measures are already starting with European and African Beekeepers.
